Vacant Home Staging Prices:

Each home is unique and prices vary depending on the amount of furniture and accessories needed to stage. An exact price quote will be given after the initial consultation. 

An example of the total cost to stage the Living/Entry, Kitchen/Dining Room, & Primary Bed & Bath of a 1200 sq.ft. home is approximately ~$1400 per month with a two month minimum contract. (This includes the staging fee, decorative accessories and large furniture.)

Timeline & Steps to Staging

1 - Staging Location Consultation

We begin with a quick walk-through of the home to gather measurements, color undertones of the finishes and a sense of the style the home is calling for.  

2 - Furniture Selection

Large furniture items are selected for you as part of a custom design plan tailored to your home.   

3 - Decorative Accessories & Art Selection

After large furniture items are selected, decorative accessories and art will be selected to complement the design plan.  

4 - Staging Quote Acceptance and Contract Signing

Once your design plan is complete an exact price quote will be sent to you for the total staging fees. Upon quote acceptance a staging date will be set, and the contract will be signed. Payment to Jo Franklin Interiors is due in full at the time of contract signing or 10 days prior to staging day.

5 - Staging Day

On the date of staging, access to the home is needed from 7 AM to 7 PM. The home must be in ready condition for staging or additional fees may apply. You will be notified by phone call when staging is completed.  

6 - Removal, De-Staging Day

On removal day access to the home will be needed by 7 AM. Art, decorative accessories and furniture will be removed.
